Your cars turn signals are just blink once or twice or sometime it does not you need to change your flasher or what it maybe its Chevy cavilier 2001 model so u need to change the flasher were is place?

If hazard warning switch is in dash board--turn signal flasher may be part of that module--try "jiggling" the hazard warning switch If hazard warning is in steering column look under dash for turn signal flasher --driver's side steering column
