There are several control rooms on a cargo ship. The bridge is in control of safely navigating the vessel. There will be an engine control room, called an ECR, EOS, or any of a number of abbreviation, and if the vessel is carrying liquid cargo, such as a oil tanker, there will also be a Cargo Control Room.
Bonded cargo is cargo for which duty has not been paid. It is still under customs control and has to be moved to a bonded .warehouse
It is a tanker truck which has a climate control system for the cargo. These are used for temperature sensitive loads which have to travel long distances, and works more the same way as a refrigerated box trailer would.

A tug is the tow vehicle used around the airport to pull containers or "Trains" of cargo wagons. I do not know who currently make those in use by FEDEX Sometimes, the vehicles used to push the planes into and out of position are also called tugs.
