He is an attention seeker and you are giving him just that! He has moved on and now is just comming to make your life a living hell, the best you can do is shame him by getting over him and moving on with your life. But by the way you described his actions he must be missing you and does not have the guts to say so but please give him his last chance if what I'm saying is true but overall he s a jerk!
