It depends on how the relationship ended.
- if you broke up with her : tell her that you had been missing her and wanted to get back together with her and that even though you had broken up with her you realized that you still loved her.(if you do, if you dont do not lie and say you do be honest)
-mutual breakup: tell her that maybe this is a sign that you two were meant to be, or should give your love a second chance.
- if she broke up with you: tell her you want to be in the her and the baby's life and that you just want whats best for her and the baby.
breakups are hard and they are even worse when you find out your pregnant. My boyfriend had broken up with me for another girl and i didnt tell him about the baby. I wanted him to be with me for me and not just cause of the baby. I talked to him about our relationship and where we might have gone wrong. He ended up telling me that he was miserable and that he still loved me. Now we've been married for 2 years and have a beautiful baby boy.
