It's very likely that you will have to pay support in a situation such as this.

But, you should challenge for custody. If you're being denied access, file a motion for the payments to be placed on hold and put into a trust fund pending pending resolution of the access rights. In Missouri, this is clearly allowed under the statutes.

How can I get my SS disability back from going to ex-wife Brenda Wells to my back child support. My ex-wife Brenda Wells passed away August 2, 2009 of cancer. They are deducting $620.00 a month from my SS Disability?

There is nothing you can do about this. Child support payments are still owed to your child if your x wife is desceased but the child is still living he or she is entitled to the money.

What if your wife's mother past away and her father owes a lot of money in child support can your wife get this money?

The back child support is still a debt. The estate should make a claim against the father. The money is still owed to the mother. Whether your wife receives any of it will depend on the estate and what bills are owed.

What happens to a father's child support payments when he has a new child with his new spouse?

Nothing. Having more children does not cancel his responsibility to his first child. He and his new wife will need to decide how they can afford to have another child while still supporting the one he already brought into the world. His new wife may need to keep working. If a father can't support a child he already has because he wants to have another he may need to reconsider expanding his family.Nothing. Do you have to pay child support if your x-wife gets married?

Yes! Your child is yours forever, they are not the ones getting married. The only way you will not be paying child support is if you sign away your rights and her new husband adopts your children. Is this really worth you never seeing your child again?
