You have a front marker light harness that is wore and shorting out against the frame , between the bumper and the frame.You will have to fix the broken wire and tape the black tube in place that protects the wire.FUse is under the hood in the fuse box on passenger side
remove the bolts from inside the trunk in back of the taillights.
take panels on the inside of the trunk off and they should be right behind the taillights 3rd brake light is on the bottom of the back dash
You will need to open the tailgate and the screws that hold the Tail light in will be seen on the side of the fender in the tailgate opening.The light will then pull back as a unit and the bulb sockets will be exposed.
Remove interior trunk panels to gain access to tail light bolts. Remove the bolts from the four screws (Golden Color) in the back. You will need a deep sockets or a wrench. REPLACE ALL FOUR BULBS at a time. See related links below for a video that demonstrates the whole process.

Assume you mean taillights. Open the trunk, pull back the cover from the taillight, twist the bulb assembly counter-clockwise and the bulb assembly should come out.

Interior light comes on by itself. Overhead switch not effective and when it is slid back and forth the light for seatbelt check comes on on the dash. Seatbelts check ok. I get a check seatbelt tone when I slide the overhead switch back and forth. How do I replace interior dome light?
there are 2 torx head screws that hold the tail light on. you will need to open the back gate to get to them. then there are two snap connectors that hold the tail light to the body. you will need to pull straight back torward the rear of the jeep to get these to come loose.

the grille is broken up with a center piece and the back taillights are more square and rectangular where as the 68 chargers were 2 round taillights on each side with the back-up lights just below and in between the taillights, the 69's back-up lights were on the lower valance panel in the back under the bumper, also on the 68 it has round side marker lights and the 69 had rectangular side marker lights.
