The best thing to do is wait. Usually, if it's an only fish, then the fin will heal itself. Make sure that, if it has tank mates, its tank mates don't bully it. Some fish like to bully the vulnerable, but it seems that most goldfish don't apply. Since your fish got stuck in a decoration, move the decoration out immediately. If your fish gets injured, why keep the dangerous item in your tank? It could happen again. Again, just wait it out for now.
