Are you refering to head hair, pubic hair or body hair? I have just had a quick search around the net and the average growth rate for head hair seems to be around 1cm (approximately 1/2 inch) per month. I did not find any references to the growth rate of pubic hair or body hair. This is probably because there is an initial growth spurt in both during puberty. Afterwards, although hairs fall out and are replaced by new ones there is little change inthe overall length of the hairs. Although your rate of 1 inch per month is greater than the average growth rate for head hair you should remember that averages are just that, averages, and there will always be many people whose hair grows either faster or slower.

Well, I think that people just grow hair naturally, and for some people it does, while others can't.

Hair growth can be both influenced by environmental and genetic factor thus meaning there are ways guaranteed to grow hair.

When there is an increase on blood circulation to the part of the hair with proper nutrients, there is usually a noticeable increase of hair productivity in that region.

However since you were asking for growing hair fast, hair density might not be what your looking for.

Some products I could recommend is jells, foams, etc containing Minoxidil which temporally increases the blood flow to the area applied. Some products using these compounds are Rogaine and Regaine.
