well for starters u need to be eating lots of fruit and vegetables. Growing hair or anything won't always take overnight..... just do the usual with all the good product shampoos like palmolive and mayb even fructis might work for ppl. oh yeah don't forget lots of Omega 3 and eat foods where u can put some lemon on. (lemons only make it shinier but mayb it might 4 u!)
