Believe it or not it could be the way you sleep at night. A person moves many times during sleep and if you aren't in a REM sleep you could be moving and twisting your head hard into the pillow. This can cause the hair to go into a circular motion and twist it leaving the scalp very tender. I know it's happened to me on many occasions. It's best the next time you are in the doctors office to ask him about it so he can get a better look.
Generally it depends on were it is located. If it is below your earlobe it could be simple like swollen lymphnodes. How ever if it is to bothersome were ever the lump may be talk to your family doctor, because it could need further test and evaluation. There is cancer of the lymphnodes as well as sinus infection. To sist or tumors or a simple I forgot i bumped my head yesterday. Just remember if it is bothering you talk to your doctor because its probley not dangerous but it is always better to be safe than sorry.

The sore on your mouth might be as a result of a bacterial infection.
There are two, they are bolted to the left side of the left head and the right side of the right head.

The left side of your forehead could have been struck by an object. You will need to have your head examine to make sure everything is in working order.
If there is no bump, it is probably just an infection of the hair follicle. An infection or disturbance in the hair follicle can cause pain and discomfort in the area and when you move that piece of hair.
It could be a sinus infection. See your doctor.
The right side of your head, just in front of your ear.
