Safety is a relative term on a unit this age. It was never designed with many (if any) safeties whether it be for the pilot valve to close if the pilot goes out, flame sense to know whether the main burner is lit or if its just dumping raw gas, to not run if the flue is plugged, most at best have a safety built into the control that operates the fan that shuts off if over temperature. Is it safe? It is as safe as it was when it was built, as long as its been serviced recently, and you should ALWAYS have a couple carbon monoxide detectors located near the furnace and in the living space. But is it safe compared to a even remotely modern furnace, say from 70's up? Not by a long shot. The biggest and most important safety as furnaces aged, was the addition of a safety shut off if the pilot shut off, preventing main burner operation. If your gas valve is original, it is not built in to the gas valve. And only modified systems ever had the add on of a standalone pilot safety valve. Systems of this age, I have to say, I have routinely walked away from. A furnace without these safeties installed, in even the most basic forms, are a liability to our company, and my conscience because a perfectly serviced unit of this age can still kill someone, especially when no protections are present on that unit.
yes it can run safely provided you can control the speed with accelerator and gears.
While your car is running the engine is heating up. While your driving you have air being forced over the radiator cooling it off. When you are sitting still you don't have that air so your engine is heating up even more so the cooling fan comes on to help cool you engine off. Via cooling the radiator.
no because it still has poison in it
check the fan clutch
Yes they were forced to live on reservations. The Americans still made them move even after that.
The way to reset a therapeutic heating pad when it says F2 is to unplug the heating pad. It the error code F2 is still showing, you will need to call the company or return the heating pad in case of malfunction.

If there isn't a button, you can go to My Computer, right click the device, and in the menu, there should be an option to eject safely. If you remove it before you "safely remove" when you insert a pen drive you will the safety remove icon in your PC.

It is best to get heating repairs done in the Summer. If you try repairing it in the winter (if it is still working some) then you risk not having heat the whole winter and your house will get very cold. In the Summer you wont have to worry about the heat not working because it is already warm. However if your heater is not working at all, sooner is better then later!
