We had the same problem with ours. We tried a few things. We cleaned the battery posts to make sure there was a good connection. Then we reconnected the safety wire underneath the seat. It's the one that kills the engine if you fall off. My father preferred to drive without it, and had no problems for quite a while. Then, for no apparent reason, it would die when he tried to take off. Reconnecting the seat wire seemed to take care of the problem.
I cant seem to get the new pinion gear to go on the drive shaft of my John Deere LA105. Is there a trick to it?
Gears are worn
About 10-20 mph. It matters what gear your in.
John Deere recommends that you put Low Viscosity Hy-Gard or Hy-Gard Transmission oil in their Hydro or Gear Transmissions. The Low-Vis is used for factory fill in the Hydro and Hy-Gard in the Gear Transmission.
Otacon
yeah, he dies.
bad CDI
That is a GX85 gear-drive rear-engine rider. Manual should still be online. Deere will be glad to sell you one. I post some links below; worked for a Deere dealer for over seven years.
If a 1988 Chevy Cheyenne dies when it is put into gear, check the fuel pump. If the fuel pump is not getting adequate fuel, it will cause the car to die.
Mine will go 19 MPH on flat ground.
If the 1984 Honda Accord engine dies when put in gear then it could be due to some faulty wiring.
You can request for someone to build it for you or build it yourself.
