With a plunger.
Water Jetting ,snaking depending on what the stoppage is
That really depends on the stoppup. If there is a solid in it(chicken bone, fork, etc) then using a plunger won't do any good. you should make sure the disposal is off and preferably have the backup turned off as well so it can't accidently turn on, then reach in (yeah its gonna probably be pretty gross) and pull out whatever is in it. Then you should flush water down it to see if you can clear it out. If you get everything out of the disposal and its still plugged then your evac tube is plugged, and that means you have to take apart your plumbing (time to call a plumber).
One way to open a slow kitchen drain is by using a plunger on the drain. If the drain is still slow put some baking soda and vinegar in the drain to loosen any debris that remain in the drain.

when was the plunger invented and what gave him the idea of inventing
Plunger is used in diesel engine fuel injection system which meters the fuel into combustion chamber. Higher the plunger diameter, higher the fuel injected into the cylinder. The plunger diameter of a typical diesel engine could be 9-10mm. Cam disk is connected to the plunger and each revolution, plunger will diesel 4 times into the combustion chamber.
