Front Load refers to "forward" logistics, trucking, dispatch, or delivery of items from point of dispatch to the point of delivery.

Back Load on the other hand refers to "reverse" logistics, that is to say, the return of items from the point of delivery to the point of dispatch.

Example: Truck returns Product from Client to Warehouse, as in the case of defective or damaged goods.
