I make as an industrial worker with no educated skills 45k per year. But if i worked more than 75% i guess i could make some extra. Pointless, as everything is free i do not need insurance for anything but my car. My kids get free schooling, free dental and free healthcare, and so do I. I love that i migrated to sweden (From kentucky originally)

If by "human services," you mean social or welfare services then Sweden and Canada are two good examples. For instance, Canadians either receive free healthcare or pay a minuscule fee for service. Similarly, in Sweden the large bulk of healthcare cost are covered by the government. They also provide public education, social security, labor benefits (like unemployment compensation), and aid for seniors. However, these programs are financed through much taxation.
