Umbra! if you go to the Alyeid Ruin Vindasel, it is south-westish of the Imperial City, you can make your way through it and find "Umbra". If you manage to kill her, you get her extremely powerful jet-black one handed longsword that has soul steal for 30 seconds on it. If you have Shivering Isles, there is a quest where you go into a grotto. When you enter it, you will fight an exact duplicate of yourself. When you defeat it, it will drop Shadowrend. Shadowrend is a very powerful two handed weapon. (Depending on your preference, it will be either an axe or a sword). It is also jet-black.
GameStop has it for about $10.
The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion (GOTY) since this one would have the least glitches, plus includes Knights of the nine and shivering isles expansions.
In my opinion, Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind was the best. Oblivion would be my second fevorite, followed by Arena. I can't wait for number 5 to come out later this year.
Elder scrolls 4 Oblivion or modern warfare 2

You can't. The shops do not sell anything above the third tier of quality. All the better equipment has to be found, stolen, received as a quest reward, or taken from slain enemies.
In "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion," weapon warehouses can typically be found in various locations throughout the game world, especially in cities and towns. Look for shops that specialize in blacksmithing or weaponry, such as "The Best Defense" in the Imperial City or "Fighters Guild" locations. Additionally, some quests may lead you to hidden weapon caches or dungeons where weapons are stored. Exploring thoroughly and interacting with NPCs can also provide hints on where to find these warehouses.
Bretons with destructoin and illusoin as ur major magic skills but do not be an apprentice as ur birthsign use mage.

There are multiple weapons that are very good. Umbra,North Winds,Daedric weapons, Glass weapons,Amber,Dustfang, and Madness weapons. But I think the best weapons in the game are the ones you enchant your self if you know what your doing. i don't mean to undermine the power of such weapons, but it's actually the player's skill that's most deadly this is a different person then the one that wrote that stuff on the top but im telling you strait up that umbra is the best and most powerful
