0-60 in Porsche 911 carrera?
In Porsche 911
Too wide open of a question. This depends on the year and trim level of the Porsche 911. I would refer to various internet sites with indexes of 0-60 car stats, such as the one below, or perhaps an automotive magazine website.

Often times car companies make ultra high end cars to have a project to develop new technologies, which trickle down into their high production cars. They usually develop a racing version of the supercar for use as a racer, where it can be tested and molded into as best a racer as they can make. The…n they take the technology from the racer, adapt it for road use and add luxuries like leather and a stereo for the supercar consumer. Then they take the technology that the supercar has and tame it a little more for mass production in high production sports cars. in some cases, the ultra high end cars are sold at less than they cost to build, because they were designed strictly for research and development. if they were sold at production cost, they would not sell, but they like to make back as much money as they can. For example, the Bugatti Veyron costs between $8 and $10 million USD to make (depending on exchange rates and such) but was sold for between $1.2 and 1.8M in the US (depending on options and dealer markups) in the world of luxury cars, Mercedes uses this strategy with its S class and Maybach and BMW uses it on the Rolls Royce. Many of the toys and gadgets in everyday cars were originally on one of those 3 (SatNav, seat belts, cruise control etc), (MORE)

The switch is on the front end of the transmission on the top. When you put the car in reverse a part inside the transmission pushed the back up light switch. It screws into the transmission - you can get to it with the car jacked up high enough.
Depends on the model. The fastest: 911 GT2 [330 kmph][205 mph] The most original: 911 Turbo [310 kmph][193 mph] The newest 911 turbo s is even faster. I bet no one knows how many 2013 Porsche 911 turbo s cabriolet werebuilt?
Will Porsche 911 GT3 wheels fit on my Carrera S 997 even though they are wider than the standard Carrera wheels?
Yes they will bolt right on. . Yes, they will in theory. At most the rear fenders may need to be rolled, but that is not likely.
The 911 GT1 was the fastest. However, it wasn't a "true" 911, the only thing it really shared with other models was the name. Considering that, the fastest proper production 911 is the GT2 RS.
$70,000 USD. This is for a bare bones version. If you want the Bose sound system, 18 in ch or 19 inch rims expect to shell out more coin. Porsche will nickel and dime you till the price is more in the $80,000 trust me.
Progressing through career mode. It'll be one of the unlocks in the races in the "Stacked Deck" territory.
Take it to a certified Porsche dealer and let the experts service your precision crafted engine.
Many differences,. some of them are narrow bodies for the 911 carrera ans wide body for the "S".(Turbo style). More HP for the "S" than the normal carrera.. options etc.
One thing that helps is that at a certain speed, I think 162 mph, the rear spoiler raises for more rear-wheel traction and downforce.
it depends on what generation it is, on 964, 993 and 996 models, there is little evidence externally other than a 'carrera 4' badge opposed to the simple 'carrera' badge on the carrera 2. Some 964 cars were fitted with a widebody on the carrera 4, but this is a rare option. on the latest 997 variety…, the carrera 4 has a wider rear stance, (44mm) over the standard carrera and carrera s. This wider rear shell also features on the turbo, gt2, and gt3 rs(the standard gt3 has the slim shell.) (MORE)
The Porsche Carrera GT is faster.\nThere are lots of sites where you can find that out.
The difference between the Porsche carrera s and carrera 4s, is that the s is RWD (Rear Wheel Drive) and the 4s has AWD (All Wheel Drive). Expect higher dynamics with an 4 x 4 car, but the more enthusiastic says the pure carrera must be RWD. Christian A.
Yes there are several kits out there. I suggest calling the guys over at http://www.imagineauto.com.. Brian Minson, Editor Porsche 9 Magazine. www.9magazine.com
Porsche claims it will accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62.1 mph) in 3.9 seconds and has a maximum speed of 330 km/h (205 mph) although road tests indicated that in reality the car can accelerate from 0-60 mph (97 km/h) in 3.5 seconds and 0-100 mph (160 km/h) in 6.8 seconds.
It depends on what model of Lamborghini you are the Porsche to. Some models are slower, and some are faster.
front trunk is under the dash board inline with the oil/gas level gauge, the rear hood is in the drivers door jam
Stock car will do 0-60 time of 4.6 seconds. Porsche claims a time of 5.1 seconds however; Porsche is always conservative with there numbers. The car magazines range from 4.5-4.9 seconds depending on the magazines..
The only difference is thatthe gemballa is a modified version. otherwise, they are the same.
The fuse panel is located in the drivers side footwell behind a plastic cover near the dead pedal. A listing of all of the fuses should be provided with the car.
The only possible way too get it in San Andreas is too get a custommod in which then you could get it.
Why does it takes excessive pressure on brake pedal to turn on your brake lights on a Porsche carrera 911 1987?
Answer 1 - Excessive Pressure Required to Activate Brake Lights Although I am not familiar with your vehicle, I suspect that the cause for the symptom you describe is that the brake light switch position is out of adjustment .
It's an option. You can ask Porsche to remove this lettering when you purshase a new car. Or it has been removed by the owner himself...
Yes, even though they are expensive to buy, Porsche's are very simple cars to work on when it comes to basic maintenance. Most general maintenance can be done at home in your own garage.
There is no adjustment on 1984 thru 1989 carrera. There are 2 brake light switches which are wired in parallel and are located on the brake master cylinder.
Before the Porsche 911 was introduced in late 1963, it was known by the factory during its development as Project 901 (a number with no significance outside of keeping Porsche's many projects easily organized; every car under development by Porsche receives a 3-digit number identifying it). When it …came time to put the car into production, Porsche planned on leaving the new model as the 901. French car manufacturer Peugeot, however, objected on the grounds that it held the rights in France to any car name consisting of three numbers with a zero as the center digit. Thus, Porsche decided to bump the zero up to '1' and the 911 was born. (MORE)
There is no fast car, there is only fast drivers. - If by fastest you mean best top speed, then it is the fastest Porsche produced until now (for the road) together with the brand new GT2 RS. Both able to have top speed of 205 mph (330 km/h). - If by fastest you mean best lap time, then we can t…ake the world famous track "Nürburgring Nordschleife" in germany, where the Carrera GT is not the fastest Porsche, as it make 1 lap in 7:28 min but the new GT2 RS is making in 7:24 min. Depends on which Lamborghini and what you mean by fast. If by Lamborghini you mean Murciélago, then it still depends. The original Murciélago did 205mph, the LP640 did 210mph, and the LP670 SV did 213mph.
The Porsche 911 has many different editions. The Carrera 4S is a much heavier car and very luxurious. The Carrera is lighter but also comfortable. Both of these 911s are quick track cars but the Carrera is more agile. Also, the standard Carrera is the least expensive 911 you can purchase.
2012 model- There is an issue on a gas "pipeline" and it breaks and leaks. It may cause a fire or an explosion. When buying this car, suggest bringing it to the Porsche Maintenance nearby.
