Nothing because while it is a commemorative medal it does not seem to commemorate anything.
The Royal Mint does not issue Commemorative copper coins. The only Queen Elizabeth II commemorative coin issued in 1953 was the cupro-nickel Coronation Crown.

King Edward VIII coronation mugs and jugs are not worth very much. Online sellers are virtually giving them away at prices between $4.00 USD and $26.00 USD.
These medals are on eBay at the moment for peanuts, so they're not worth much I'd say unless it's an official or endorsed medal.
Edward VII and Queen Alexandra have never appeared together on coins. What you may have is a Coronation medal/medallion made from bronze and, at 56 mm, almost twice the diameter of a Penny. These might get up to £40 GBP or maybe more depending on the condition. Alternatively, you may have a bronze souvenir token of the Coronation which will not be worth much, if anything.
Sovereigns are made from 91.67% gold and are not plated. There were no Sovereigns minted in 1953. Queen Elizabeths Coronation commemorative coin was the 1953 Crown which is made from a cupro-nickel alloy. Modified coins have no collector value.
They think 286 of these medals were issued to Australians. They are worth a bit of money, depending on condition and it being the correct medal, not just some fake.
this cover bears the 8cent Lyndon b. Johnson stamp of 1973 and the 12cent freedom of conscience stamp of 1980.u.s mint presidential medal 24kt gold electroplated by the postal commemorative society.
I'd say at auction it would be worth two in the bush. Oh wait, that's a bird in the hand. I don't know then.
