On June 24 1962, He established Phi Beta Rho in Angeles City. Phi Beta Rho has a goal which every person should Respect, Peace and Love one another. now a days, Phi Beta Rho is still confraternity which its goal is to gather all people to spread the true brotherhood. 1975 when Martial Law was declared, Phi Beta Rho fight for the tuition fee in Holy Angel University and University of Santo Thomas. Until 13 members were imprisoned and others are still missing. Now a days, Phi Beta Rho is now in 50 years in service. and whole Angeles City was gathered to celebrate their 50th years in Service.
