I as a 13 year old girl can say that 13 year old guys are the most annoying thing ever. But they like girls, anything with wheels, food, and they think girls are confusing. If they drive you crazy, first try being their friends, but if they are too annoying for that, ignore them completely. That's what I do. all boys really dont know anything. they all have times where they act like idiots, especially at 13, and act super obnoxious. the best thing to do is not get too involved in a relationship with a boy who annoys you that much
