Some women don't see a drop in BBT for a few days into their cycle (after AF), which is normal. It depends on how quickly your body decreases progesterone production, which is different for every woman (i.e. my BBT remains high for the first 2-3 days of AF).

When are you 1 DPO?
The first day you see a spike/increase in your BBT could be the first DPO. But it needs to remain high for a few days to confirm that ovulation has occured.
My BBT has remained high but you have light bleeding could you be pregnant?
Yes. The bleeding can be implantation bleeding, and there are also other 'normal' causes of light bleeding in early pregnancy - the key is that it is 'light' bleeding. Anything heavier could be a menstraul flow, which is not possible during pregnancy. Heavy bleeding during early pregnancy is not okay, and should be checked out immediately. Keep in mind, that sometimes BBT remains high for the first few days of AF, so a high BBT doesn't guarantee pregnancy. However, high BBT for 16 days or more past ovulation with no bleeding is fairly good indication of pregnancy (but still not guaranteed). For example, my luteal phase is 17 days long, and my BBT remains high until 3 days after AF, so many woman might read this 20 day elevation in BBT as pregnancy, when this happens to me naturally every month!
Bbt drop at 4dpo with cramping then bbt rise again at 5dpo?
4dpo for implanation seems a little fast (it's usually between 5-10 days, possible even 14?), but I'm sure it's possible. The cramping may be implantation cramping, and the second BBT rise may indicate this as well (a triphasic pattern).

No. It takes time for the hormones to build up within the body to see the signs of pregnancy. If you had unprotected sex 3-4 days BEFORE ovulation it is possible you are pregnant because sperm can live in the uterus 5-6 days, but you won't know for 3-4 weeks when you miss your first period. If you NOT had unprotected sex from day 11-18 of your cycle and have a 28 day cycle it is doubtful you are pregnant.

I have been reading around to find out that the sharp pains are a normal early preg symptom and that a oral 'fever" is defined as over 99.6...armpit is 98.6..and anal is like 100. I would say it's highly unlikely. Typically a drop in temperature means that your progesterone level is falling off and the cycle is coming to an end. Combined with a negatve test 14 days after ovulation, I would say there is a very strong possibility that the next cycle will be starting in the next day or two.
