Under the dash on the left hand side..
under the dashboard.... way up high behind the headlight switch, next to the seatbelt buzzer, you must access it by removing the lower duct hose and vent assemblies, it is a 3 prong relay
The headlights are not fused. The headlight switch has a built in circuit breaker.
they have cicut breakers in dash or under seat if light not working most likely blown globe as breakers reset
Possibly the headlight relay underhood or headlight module behind glovebox
under the rain tray in the rear of engine compartment
On the head stock behind the headlight will be stamped into the frame.

There are 4 screws that hold the headlight bezel on[ on a 1980 Z28 should be black,originally] 2 on top and 2 at bottom,at the corners.After that is removed,there should be 4 phillip head screws holding a chrome or black headlight retainer on. Take those 4 screws out,and the headlight should come out.
You have to reach up behind the dash and push a small spring loaded button on the headlight switch, then the knob and shaft will pull out as one.

There is a fuse box underneath the dash below the steering column. The fuses should be labled.
It means you have low oil pressure.
buy a new one...........smash the old one with a baseball bat and go to the doc!!
