The blower has a separate 30amp strip fuse that may be blown. Its located in its own little plastic box under the hood. Or the blower motor may be burned out.
The AC switch operates the AC compressor and should have no bearing on your heater function. If your heater is not working properly, you may have a weak thermostat.

most likely, the ac compressor is not functioning properly. when compressor's speed sensor is not the same with engine speed the ecu will shut off power to compressor. time for new compressor.
After doing some checks, there doesn't seem to be one! The system is activated either automatically by differential temperature between the inside and the outside, or manually from a push button on the dash. This operates an electrical clutch on the compressor, which is driven from the drive belt.
