the cab is the same how ever you have to replace the doors and fenders as a set because they have a differend body line 3/4 of the way but if you replace doors and fenders they will bolt up. any bed between 72 and 93 will bolt to the frame but tailgates fit different 72 to 80 fit and 81 to 93 need that style bed as for the hood they will all bolt up but you will have to use your old striker to make sure it latches properly and you have to use common year cowl grill old ones have a 72 to 80 have a different shape then 81 to 93
