To remove the sunroof motor from a Porsche 944, first, ensure the sunroof is fully closed and disconnect the car battery for safety. Then, remove the interior headliner or trim panels around the sunroof to access the motor, typically located near the rear of the sunroof mechanism. Disconnect the wiring harness and unbolt the motor from its mounting points. Finally, carefully pull the motor out, ensuring not to damage surrounding components.
