A fuse is a safety device designed and intended to sense, and "blow" to prevent more current [measured in Amps] flowing through a conductor [wire] than the wire is capable of carrying. When multiple replacement fuses continue to blow, that occurance indicates excess current flow in that circuit. Excess current flow ["load"] can be caused by a short circuit, or by having too many devices, or devices that are too large, in the circuit. For example, one cause of excess load is the use of lamps [bulbs] that have a larger filament than the lamp intended for the circuit. Another cause is the addition of more lamp fixtures [sockets] than the circuit was designed for. A common example of this is adding many brake light fixtures, or a series of of off-road headlamps. IF a fuse were to fail to blow under a short circuit or overload condition, it is certain that the vehicle wiring system will be damaged, and possible that overheating of the wiring could cause the vehicle to catch on fire. A circuit which repeatedly blows fuses MUST be analyzed by a COMPETENT electrical technician in order to determine the fault, and then PROPERLY REPAIR the fault.

On the brake pedal arm.
Check the brake light fuse. If you have 12 volts at the brake light switch I would suspect the signal light switch is at fault.
the brake light fuse is located where the brake pedal is at... just take the cover that it has above the brake pedal and you're gonna see fuses on your left....
It is mounted on a bracket under the dash at the brake pedal. From there it is self explanatory.
With an ohmeter or a self-powered test light. Hook the two leads of your tester to the terminals on the brake light switch. Push down on the brake pedal and if the light stays off or the meter stays at infinity, the switch is bad.
Usually on the upper end of the brake pedal under dash area
This happened to my 1985 Lebaron Conv and all the car needs is a new brake light switch mounted on the brake pedal under the dash. Problem solved!
Check the sensor in the brake reservoir give the float a wiggle. Use a multimeter if necessary if constant low reding is given the switch /sensor is no good.
no, just one solid one, also used as the blinker.
Stop light switch? Most are located at the upper end of the brake pedal under dash area
