1986 Camry sqeaks when first started you have to wait for the sqeak to stop before turning on ac if you don't wait the ac will not work What is wrong?

Whats happening is that your belt is slipping, probably on your a/c compressor, and that's why it wont turn on until the squeaking stops. Go out and get some belt dressing and spray it on the belt.
