1988 2.8 Camaro does nothing when the key is turned. the lights and horn work but that's it. no clicks dings or dash lights. battery is good with good connection.?

Seized engine? Dead battery? Loose or corroded battery cables? Bad starter? Bad starter solenoid? Bad neutral safety switch? Bad Ignition switch?
