Well it could be leaking down from the valve covers or the intake. sometimes on those 2.8 engines the intake gaskets go bad because of the type of intake that it is. you need to check that out.
your distributor is not set right. its probably in backwards by 180 degrese

Replace the sending unit, it is defective.
Try bleeding the brake system including the ABS pump.
I had the problem on a 1994 with V6, sounds similiar. I think the problem stems from the safety locking mechanism that requires the brake pedal be depressed prior to shifting.
its your rear swaybar links had the same problem with my 96 sl2 changed them and that fixed the problem no more creaking

They are still on because you have wasted your money throwing parts at the problem and have still not repaired it. Can be the master cylinder is defective or many other things including an ABS problem. Maybe it is time to let a professional take a look at it.
The egr valve should be coming off of the exhaust manifold.
On a 1999 Camaro, the map sensor is located on the back of the intake manifold. The intake manifold is the series of tubing that distributes the air coming into the engine.
if the fan motor is still good, find a mechanic that knows how to bypass the thermostat and run it to a switch on the dash, thats the cheapest option, and would take far too long to explain on here . Just had the same problem with my 99 camaro and it was an 8$ relay that is in the fuse box under the hood
