1988 dodge dynasty ran out of gas on hilled driveway. Put gallon gas into tank but still will not start. Is there a better way to get gas directly to the engine?

First put more gas in to be sure it is up to the fuel pump pickup. If it still doesn't start, look at other causes like bad fuel pump etc. You spray carb cleaner in the throttle body.
