To replace the front suspension air bag on a 1990 Lincoln Mark VII, first, safely elevate the vehicle and remove the front wheel. Disconnect the air lines and electrical connectors from the air bag, then unbolt the air bag from its mounting bracket. Install the new air bag by reversing the removal steps, ensuring all connections are secure, and finally reattach the wheel before lowering the vehicle. Be sure to check for leaks and proper operation after installation.
