I am having the same problem, got spark and fuel actually too much fuel after a couple of minutes then it overfuels then dies or floods. I am positive it is the regulator in the throttle body. Plugs came out wet, dried them and re-started, then it flooded again!

Is it over heating? Does it have a clogged PCV valve? If neither of those maybe you have a fuel pump that's going bad.

That sounds like the car might be fuel starved. If your fuel filter is badly clogged, it will let a little bit of fuel through after sitting for awhile, but then will stop fuel flow. Fuel filters are cheap and they're easy to replace. that's where I'd start. FriPilot
