Although I am no expert, my experience with fuel injection tells me that once the engine reaches operating temp, the fuel injection computer Will lean out the mixture, similar to turning off the choke on a carburetor. check your o2 sensor and you block temp sensor. some vehicles even have sensors in the throttle body itself to sense engine operating temps. One of these items could be bad or not have a good connection.
