1991 Buick Park Ave and the heat only blows on the front window and out at the feet It will not come out the vents to the driver or passenger the cold air comes out but not the hot air?

Check the vacuum line that comes from the engine is connected to the firewall. Mine had become disconnected and caused some strange operation. All the controls operate on vacuum so hope this helps.

Had the same problem. In my case it was the actuator motor inside of the panel in the passenger footwell. Check to see if the flap is binding or it is the actuator motor itself.

the problem is a part called the air temperature control blend door actuator motor, it is deep inside the dash and the dash must be removed to replace it.

Hi Buick, I am having the same problem but have not yet corrected it. Basically, you have a vacuumn system problem though. You can see some information at Buickforums.com There are two air "doors" behind your glove box that blend hot/cool air. they are controlled by a vauumn tube that may be cracked, crimped, or broken.

The best thing would be to scan the vehicle computer and check out what is going on but if that is not possible then check the passengers side temperature control sensor located to the far right side of the glove box.............
