Take the plastics off of your steering column, and right by the ignition, bottom side, there should be a small black box. Two inverted torx bolts holding it in place. That's your ignition switch. This can cause your vehicle to lose power, like it was turned off, even while driving. A new part, if I remember correctly is around a hundred bucks. It is kind of a pain to get to, but not the hardest job by far. Good luck!!

My 94 blazer had this problem and it was the fuel pump. My Blazer eould start and run for a few seconds and the die,after Ichanged the fuel pump it started reigt up. . Awhile back my truck wasnt staying started for more then five seconds, and it turned out that it needed the RPMs adjusted bc it wasnt high enough to keep the truck going =( didnt cost much though

Make sure the radio's power is turned off first. If you have the AC Delco model CD player, press the set button, and then use the seek tuning buttons to set the minutes, and the scan button to set the hour.
