Best Answer

Possible causes
- Malfunction of the oxygen sensor
- Malfunction of Temp-sender unit (watertemp and airtemp) Note that there are two sending units for the watertemp, one is for the gauge you see on instrument cluster, the other one goes directly to ECM.
- fuel injectors clogged. Try some of the fuel-additives that cleans injector nozzles, RedLine has one that I know of it's called SI-1. Ask your car-parts dealer or shop.
- What is the condition of your ignition parts ?
- Are the fuel-lines leakproof ?
