Look in the glove box. That would be my best bet

On the lower left hand side of the dash there is an access panel for fuses and flashers. The panel is by your left knee when seated in the vehicle.
On the driving wheel neck.
Inside the fuel tank. The LH body New Yorker has an access panel in the trunk.

It is inside the fuel tank. There is an access panel under the carpet in the trunk.
There should be a hood release lever in the kick panel down on the far right side, once pulled you'll need to release the outside safety latch
right passenger kick panel above the computer - hard to get to - you have to take the glove box apart.
The ignition switch relay on a 1982 Chrysler New York with a 318 engine is behind the steering column. It is on the inner fender panel.
It is a flat panel on the left hand side of the steering wheel.
