sounds like it is not getting enough fuel, replce fuel filter and if nessary check fuel pump pressure.
If you are talking about the engine oil cooler lines, Then they are just above the oil filter and run down the side of the engine to the radiator.
It is in the frame rail on driverside, back by the Transmission cross member. You will have to lay down under the truck, and look up into the frame.

Take the inside of the glove box out and look in and down to the right and you will see it.
