A common problem on various Ford models is distrbuter module cutout when the car warms up. This will kill the engine and it will not fire until the car cools. The module is the chip attached directly beneath the distrubuter. Replace the module and this stands a good chance of fixing the problem :)
A Chevrolet Silverado that has cruise control problems might be having a problem with the part of the engine that controls speed and fuel intake. One culprit for this problem is the Speed Control Sensor that is located in the transmission. This part can be easily changed because it is more or less a probe that fits into the rear of the transmission.
I can almost Guarentee you that is your fuel pressure regulator not holdin enough psi. Very Common problem in gm 3.8 engines
you can disconnect your positive cable for a few minutes. Or take to a shop to have it turned off, AAMCO might do it for free
check the power steering fluid... if its low... there's ure problem... if not... u might look into getting a new pump...

If your VW Golf engine cuts out, there may be an issue with the fuel filter or injectors. You might also have a problem with the distributor in the electrical system.
