Your heater core is leaking; If you got the money, get it replaced. If you can't afford to right away (you won't need it during the summer) you can by-pass it for now:Open the hood of your truck and look towards the passenger side, you should see two thin hoses (about 1 or 1 1/2 inches in diameter) coming from your engine and/or radiator, and going through the firewall; Those are your heater hoses.Cut them by the firewall. If both hoses are the same size in diameter, remove the clamp from one of the hoses where it connects to the engine or radiator; Discard the hose, keep the clamp. Now, loop the remaining hose back to where the other one come from.If the hoses are not the same size, do not discard one of them; What you'll need to do then, is cut one of them about 3 or 4" away from the clamp, and get some kind of adapter from the hardware store (like a short PVC pipe that is two different sizes on the ends) and then use that to join the hoses.Good luck.
Leaking heater core
your heater core is leaking. Needs to be replaced
could be leaking from a head gasket and trickling down or your heater core is leaking and driping out of the condensation drain from inside the cab. most likely its your heater core. check the fire wall above the starter and look for that drain line. if it is dripping and is colored (green or orange) its coolant and coming from heater core. that's a bear to replace. good luck.
More than likely your heater core is leaking. The only fix is to replace it.
usually caused by a leaking heater core.
If its inside the cab at the firewall, its probably your heater core which is located on the passenger side under the dash. This repair is usually not much fun. If its leaking in the engine compartment near the firewall, its probably a heater hose that is failing. This is an easy repair
wish you got an answer mine is leaking all over my floor to.
Sounds like the clutch master or brake master is leaking hydraulic fluid.
Heater core would be the likely culprit here.
