im having the same problem with my 1994 I've replaced the heater core,thermostat,radiator,i checked the coolant, and it's not over heating or nothing and still no heat lol
What temp. thermostat did you put in? Try a higher temp. one. or check to see if heater core is clogged
The water from your 1989 Chevrolet Cavalier cooling system. Remove the heater core water supply hoses. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new heater core.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 2005 Chevy Cavalier heater blower motor. Remove the heater blower motor retaining bolts. Remove the heater blower fan.
replace anti-freeze, replace thermostat
I have 95 cavbalier new heater cor new thermostat puts out very little heat any suggestions
Drain the water from your 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier cooling system. Remove the water supply hoses from the heater core. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install your new heater core.
It should be above where the passenger places their feet. Facing the firewall.
Have you flushed the heater core?
your heater core might be plugged(probable), or thermostat may not be opening all the way
Could be: Low coolant in the radiator - or - thermostat stuck open - or - heater core plugged.
Heater core changed three years ago,I changed Thermostat Heater still blows cool air.
First check the water level. Low level will not get to the heater core. Change the thermostat. If you recently changed the thermostat, bleed the coolant system.
