Not all of them. You should check the differential and if there is a orange sticker then it has lsd. Some stickers might be worn off.
I believe for yours it is 5x114.3. As for the 1989-1996 240sx is a 15x6 wheel with 4x114.3 or as for the 1995-1696 240sx se is a 16x5.5 wheel with a 5x114.3. Reference: http://www.discountedwheelwarehouse.com/Nissan___Vehicle_Bolt_Pattern_Reference.cfm
The speakers in a 1995 Nissan 240SX SE with an AM/FM/Cassette deck measure 6 3/4 inches for the front door and the rear deck. With an AM/FM/CD player, the speakers still measure 6 3/4 inches.
0.044 (In thousandths of an inch) as specified by auto zone for my 1995 240SX SE (KA24DE)
the 95 has KA24DE engine; yours is the same. you should be able to use them near interchangeably.
240SX came with 2 different lug patterns. All 1989 to 1994 240sx came with a 4 lug 4x114.3 pattern. While the 1995-1998 240sx SE/LE's came with a 5 lug 5x114.3 pattern. Preferrably you'd want to find a wheel with less than +30 offset for 240SX's.

The manual for my '95 240SX SE states: "The recommended fluid is type DEXRON II or equivalent." I have had trouble finding this type of power steering fluid. I *think* that is because it's actually an automatic transmission fluid.
No none of the us 240sx have a stock turbo only imported engines do like the ca18det, sr20det, and the rb20det.
1993 240SX - Base model. (hard top) 1993 240SX LE (Limited Edition) - Alloy wheels (moonroof) 1993 240SX SE (Special Edition) - In coupe it comes with sunroof (not moonroof), Alloy wheels, Leather interior. Some 240sx has other special features like the rare HICAS (rear wheel steering), or Convertible. So far, I never saw a 5-speed convertible...

Its in the engine bay in your fuse/relay box.
It is in the fuse panel located in the engine compartment, it should be right above the battery. The fuel pump relay is in there, but if I remember correctly, its coded "EGI pump" on the diagram.
