horn blowing on its own is caused by too much pressure on the pressure sensitive pads just under the cover where you press to blow horn in most cases. the touch pads are likely to be o.k. this can be repaired in a couple of hours with a few tools. to buy new is very expensive because the only way to replace it is complete air bag assy.
Yes, they came stock. That's incorrect. the LS1 didn't come out until late 97 almost 98. The Buick Roadmaster came stock with a 5.7 litre 350 cu. in LT1 motor the option was the 5.0 litre 305 cu. in motor. The LS1 replaced the LT1 as the LS1 motor got better mileage and more horsepower. And the corvette was the first to get this motor. That's not to say that someone didn't put one in a wagon and swapped out the motor.
I had a problem with a 1991 caprice (close to your roadmaster), digital speedo and it would act up, typically not working until it warmed up a bit. It eventually just died out completely. When that happens it also prevented the torque converter from locking up. I replace the VSS - electronic/magnetic module that attaches to back of tranny housing.
You never know until he blows his cover.

Well twelve months until Christmas and and those twelve months are represented as sticks. So it is most likely for it to be candles!

your will have to use a helicoil which creates new threads for the sparkplug ...until then your cylinder is dead like having a Jake brake which uses exhaust valves to open and the compression goes out the exhaust pipe used in large diesel engines
You get sticks in the woodes and nail them together until you get a hut like shape. Price Free if you go into the woods to get your sticks.
The timimg is most definetley effected by the position of the distributor. to do it easily buy a distributor style wrench. it has a big elbow in it to reach under the cap and what not. i can not tell you for certain but i believe that counter- clockwise will advance your timing and improve take off problems which i had. i just did it to my roadmaster 5.7 liter non lt1 and what a difference. loosen the bolt just engough to rotate the dist. with the car running rotate counter clockwise until you hear the engine struggle then move back about 5 degrees and this should be it. hope this helps.
Glow sticks are fun to play with you just take them out of the package and then snap them until they glow. But if you break the glow sticks then they will get on your friends night gown that you borrowed and then they will glow too.
