1995 ford windstar DRL module. Where is it How do i disable it?

The module is easiest to find if you
look in front of the left front tire
driver's side.
Move the mud guard a little and look
up and forward. You will see a little
rectangular box with wires plugged
into it. You can pry the wire plug off
or remove two small bolts to take the
module off the van.
