1996 Honda passport-power windows will not work checked fuse ok don't seem to be getting power to fuse all windows not working?

I just had my 96 Passport in the shop for the same problem (all the power windows quit working). They replaced the power window relay. Labor $98.50, Part $30.00 go figure. I think the relay is located behind the drivers kick panel. Good luck.
