1996 ford escort lx heater seems to be stuck on low you feel warm air going out but not much fuses are ok and wiring The fan is kind of working just it doesn't blow much air can anyone help?

Check the blower motor put the fan on and see if it blows on high if it doesn't replace the blower motor if it does blow high replace switch
