1997 Dakota trouble starting. 5.2 v8. really cold out. will only start if i give it full throttle. and won't hold it's own idle. and anywhere below 1000 rpm the oil pressure is really low. help?

new oil pump, get a tune up, make sure all electrical parts are good. take it to a mechanic, new truck?
