check wire routing,order, or if replace is needed, after that check compression, head gasket,or crack in head.
Those are all misfire codes. The common cause would be spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor.
One cause is the IAC (idle air control) solenoid. which is the most common on Chrysler products. .
A Dodge Neon does not have a distributor.

Crank on tdc#1. point rotor in distributor at the line on the pick up plate.Crank on tdc#1. point rotor in distributor at the line on the pick up plate.
