get a smaller belt at nappa or any other store to bipass the AC pump then buy a good used pump around 160$at the auto part shop or get a brand new one but more expensive ,bring it to the body shop let them replace it and verifie your AC hose for eventuel leeks and if no leeks they will refill the AC gas , ,it happend to me and I only paid $209 + $20 or $30 something for the belt

There are several possibilities here.. a bad low pressure sensor, a seized bearing in the compressor, an overcharged refrigeration system.. kinda difficult to narrow it down without knowing specific symptoms.
