Are you sure the rotors are responsible? Check for tires out of round, or poor wheel balancing. Also check thrust angle on wheel alignment. Any of these can also cause shaking.
Brake rotors or drums need to be machined or replaced. If it causes steering wheel shaking, check front brakes. If happens when applying parking brake look to rear brake problem.
I have a 1998 Hyundai Elantra and had the rotors replaced, you will have to have a shop to do it because they have to be pressed off and then back on again with a specialized machine or tool. Of course unless you have that tool you can do it yourself. Good luck.

you have out of round brake rotors, they can be replaced or machined if they are thick enough, the front pads should be replaced or placed on sand paper on a flat suface to remove the glazing so they will seat properly to freshly machined surface
